Type:
full-time Staff Acountant We are currently seeking candidates for a Staff Accountant at a Law firm in Downtown Boston, MA, 02109. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of daily accounting experience in a professional services environment (law firm/accounting firm). This is a temporary role (est. 3-6 months), the hourly pay rate is between $35.00 and $42.00 per hour (based on relative work experience) within 40-hour work week. On-site 5 days per week. Starts September 23rd, 2026.
Responsibilities:
Payroll processing (calculating wages and deductions) Accounts Payable and Receivable Bank reconciliation Record financial transactions (sales, purchases, payments and receipts) Prepare income statements and balance sheets Assist with tax preparation Maintain financial records
Requirements:
