full-time Position Overview Robert Half Management Resources is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Accountant to join our Full-Time team. This role is ideal for an accounting professional with strong corporate accounting experience within a manufacturing environment, including expertise in HFM (Hyperion Financial Management), consolidations, financial reporting, and month-end close activities. Responsibilities Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations. Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements using Hyperion Financial Management (HFM). Support corporate accounting functions, including intercompany accounting, consolidations, and elimination entries. Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts and investigate variances. Assist with preparation of management reporting packages and financial analysis. Partner with plant, operational, and finance teams to ensure accuracy of manufacturing-related financial reporting. Support inventory accounting, standard costing, and inventory reconciliations. Assist with fixed asset accounting, depreciation, and capital expenditure tracking. Maintain compliance with U.S. GAAP and company accounting policies. Support internal and external audit requests and SOX control requirements. Identify opportunities for process improvements and accounting efficiencies. Assist with special projects, system implementations, and financial reporting initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing organization. Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) required. Strong understanding of corporate accounting, consolidations, and financial reporting. Experience with general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, and month-end close. Exposure to inventory accounting, standard costing, and manufacturing operations. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis functions. Experience supporting audits and internal controls preferred. CPA or CPA-track candidates highly desirable. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across multiple client environments. Key Skills HFM (Hyperion Financial Management)
