A thriving CPA firm on the Northshore is looking for an experienced Accountant to join our growing team. We offer a full range of personal and business accounting services and pride ourselves on being "small enough to know you, yet large enough to serve you." Responsibilities Prepare individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary tax returns Analyze and adjust workpapers for tax preparation Prepare, review, and analyze client financial reports Assist with audit and review-level financial statement engagements Build and maintain strong client relationships Manage multiple projects and ensure they stay on budget Assist with special accounting or tax-related projects as needed Qualifications 7+ years of public accounting experience , with a focus on tax CPA or CPA candidate preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting/tax software Strong written and verbal communication skills Deadline-driven with strong analytical and decision-making skills High attention to detail and professional integrity Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and development Supportive, team-oriented work environment
