Job Description
Support RevPro/ Zuora automated Revenue systems, controls, integrations, and manage month end production issues. Facilitate audit and control requirements by maintaining process maps, SOPs, and access controls documentation. Ensure systems and workflows support ASC 606 compliance, revenue allocation, performance obligations, deferred revenue, and downstream reporting. Support deferred revenue reconciliation and align accounting treatment across systems. Translate complex revenue accounting needs from accountants and finance stakeholders into technical product requirements. Create test strategy, test scenarios, and produce and execute test scripts for both new applications and enhancements. Enable data migration, UAT readiness, and cutover planning for systems implementations and enhancements, in partnership with IT and finance teams. Partner with Finance, Accounting, Business, and IT to improve accuracy, reduce manual effort, and strengthen auditability across the revenue lifecycle. 5+ years of experience in revenue accounting and revenue systems, including ASC 606 or IFRS 15. Strong experience with order to cash, ERP, billing, and revenue automation platforms; Salesforce and Zuora Revenue /RevPro preferred. Deep understanding of data flows, reconciliations, internal controls, and scalable financial process design. Analytical, data-driven mindset; SQL, Alteryx, ADO or related technical skills preferred. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive change in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across Finance, Accounting, IT, and business teams. Proven Experience with Microsoft office - Excel/Word and PowerPoint Bachelor's degree in finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.
