Overview Amichetti & Company, LLC is a full-service public accounting firm committed to providing exceptional tax, accounting, and financial reporting services to our clients. About the Role We are seeking a licensed CPA to join our team preparing individual and business tax returns, along with compiled, reviewed and audited financial statements. This role is a strong fit for a CPA who enjoys hands-on preparation work, wants to build technical depth across tax and accounting engagements, and is looking for a firm that offers a genuinely manageable schedule, even during busy season. Key Responsibilities Prepare individual, business, and complex tax returns Prepare compiled, reviewed and audited financial statements Assist with client documentation, workpapers, and supporting schedules Research tax and accounting issues as they arise on engagements Collaborate with reviewing managers/partners to incorporate feedback and finalize deliverables Maintain compliance with firm quality control standards, GAAP, and applicable tax regulations Communicate with clients to gather information and resolve routine questions Qualifications Active CPA license required 3-5 years of public accounting experience preferred Solid understanding of tax law, GAAP, and financial statement preparation Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Benefits
