This role is ideal for an accounting professional who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The Staff Accountant will assist with general ledger activities, account reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close support. Key Responsibilities Prepare and post journal entries Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Maintain and analyze general ledger accounts Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed Help prepare financial reports and supporting schedules Research and resolve accounting discrepancies Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies Assist with audit preparation and documentation Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 2+ years of accounting experience preferred Strong understanding of general accounting principles Experience with account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with ERP or accounting software is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
