We are a small, established CPA firm providing tax and accounting services for individuals and small businesses. What you'll do: Prepare individual and business tax returns with guidance and mentorship from senior staff Manage bookkeeping, account reconciliations, financial statements, and client accounting service Assist small business clients with accounting questions and day-to-day support Help improve workflows, processes, and technology systems as our firm continues to grow Who we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in Accounting 1-3 years of public accounting and tax preparation experience preferred Experience with QuickBooks, ProSeries, and Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to client confidentiality Ability to work independently while knowing when to collaborate and ask questions What we offer: Competitive salary based on experience Weekly direct-deposit payroll 401(k) eligibility after one year of service Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays A collaborative workplace where you learn directly from experienced professionals and become an important part of the team
