They're looking to add a Tax Senior to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take on more responsibility, work directly with clients, and continue developing toward a leadership role.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns Perform tax research and apply tax law to a variety of client situations Assist with tax planning strategies for individuals and businesses Review federal, state, and local tax notices and draft responses Serve as a technical resource and mentor to junior tax staff Delegate and oversee work while helping establish expectations and deadlines Act as a key point of contact for smaller client engagements Work closely with colleagues across the firm on client needs and tax planning Assist with training and development of tax and accounting staff Participate in firm and department initiatives Build relationships with clients, industry contacts, and prospective clients

Requirements:

3-4 years of progressive public accounting experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation Strong experience with individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns Tax research and tax software experience CPA license preferred, but not required Strong organizational and communication skills Someone who is self-directed, client-focused, and interested in growing into a leadership role $90K - $110K, depending on experience If you are interested, please apply directly and email your resume to Cassidy Sullivan at csullivan@daleyaa.com
