What You'll Be Doing:

Financial Reporting & Close Management Coordinate and execute monthly close activities across multiple entities. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with

U.S. GAAP.

Perform detailed account reconciliations and investigate variances to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial results. Partner with management to provide financial trends, performance insights, and variance explanations. Support the preparation of management reporting packages and executive-level financial analyses. Business Initiatives & Process Improvement Assist with accounting for multiple entities and associated reporting requirements. Participate in projects involving accounting policies, reporting structures, and financial systems. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and reduce manual processes through technology and automation. Support system enhancements and reporting improvements across finance operations. Audit, Compliance & Technical Accounting Assist with annual financial statement audits and coordinate requests from external auditors. Support tax compliance activities and work closely with external advisors as needed. Research and assist with new accounting standards and evolving reporting requirements. Maintain strong internal controls and participate in process improvement initiatives designed to strengthen financial operations. Team Collaboration & Leadership Provide oversight, guidance, and review of work completed by accounting support staff and other resources. Collaborate with finance, operations, leadership, and external partners to ensure timely delivery of key financial information. Help foster a collaborative, solutions-oriented culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and service excellence. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; advanced degree preferred. CPA designation or active progress toward certification strongly preferred. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience. Public accounting experience with a national, regional, or large accounting firm is highly desirable. Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial statement preparation. Experience working in a multi-entity or fast paced environment is a plus. Previous exposure to ERP systems and financial reporting tools preferred. Preferred Skills Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated professional who can operate effectively owning their tasks as assigned. Comfortable navigating change and supporting business transformation initiatives.
