Fulltime Role Overview We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented Senior Finance & Accounting Specialist to support financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making. This role partners closely with business leaders to deliver insights, improve financial processes, and drive performance across the organization. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Analysis Prepare, analyze, and present accurate and timely financial reports for management and key stakeholders Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights on financial performance Support monthly, quarterly, and periodic reporting cycles, ensuring data accuracy and consistency Respond to ad hoc financial analysis requests Budgeting, Forecasting & Planning Support budgeting and forecasting processes across business units Develop forward-looking financial models, including annual budgets and multi-year forecasts Collaborate with project and business owners to ensure accurate cost planning Contribute to long-term financial planning, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow projections Business Partnering & Strategy Support Act as a trusted advisor to business and finance leadership Analyze key performance indicators and identify risks and opportunities Translate complex financial data into clear business insights and recommendations Support strategic initiatives with data-driven financial analysis Systems, Analytics & Continuous Improvement Leverage financial systems (e.g., ERP tools, reporting platforms, Power BI) to generate insights Drive improvements in financial reporting, forecasting, and data processes Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency in finance operations Support finance-related projects and system enhancements Governance & Compliance Monitor expenditures and ensure alignment with company policies and financial controls Support month-end and year-end closing processes Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred) 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A roles Experience working in complex or global organizations is an advantage Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Advanced Excel skills (e.g., XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Power Pivot); experience with BI tools is a plus Ability to build financial models and interpret large datasets Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and manage ambiguous or complex tasks Business acumen with a proactive, strategic mindset Collaborative team player with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment
