In this role, you'll contribute to the financial operations of multiple business entities, assisting with financial reporting, reconciliations, and day-to-day accounting functions that support our worldwide aviation business. Job Responsibilities The role will have a major focus on assisting with the preparation of monthly financial statements for various entities The role will also cover other aspects of bookkeeping including: Accounts payable Accounts receivable Bank reconciliation GL reconciliations The ability and willingness to undertake a variety of accounting tasks is essential, as is the ability to work autonomously Job Requirements Have a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and accounting software Accounting Degree Accounting software packages used include but not limited to: QuickBooks and Quantum (training to be provided using these programs)
