Back Senior Accountant Senior Accountant Lewiston , Maine Perm 90000 Oct 6, 2026 $90000.00 - $115000.00 KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is working with a client in the Lewiston, ME area looking to add a Senior Accountant to the team! This position is with a growing organization and comes with an excellent compensation and benefits package. Responsibilities Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies Prepare and post journal entries Research and analyze account variances Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Support annual audit preparation and requests Assist with the annual budgeting process Support various accounting projects and ad hoc analysis as needed Qualifications 2+ years of hands-on General Ledger accounting experience Experience working with an ERP system such as NetSuite, Oracle, Sage Intacct, or SAP Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and related functions Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze and resolve discrepancies Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Compensation:
