This is a highly visible role for an accounting professional who enjoys digging into the numbers, improving processes, and partnering with operations to help drive smarter business decisions. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in accounting and financial reporting, along with experience working in or supporting a manufacturing environment. Own the Numbers Support day-to-day accounting activities including general ledger, AP, AR, inventory and fixed assets Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual financial close Analyze financial statement accounts and prepare adjusting entries Ensure financial reporting is accurate, complete and compliant withU.S. GAAP
Support annual audits, tax filings and other compliance requirements ???? Partner with Operations Assist with standard costing, variance analysis and product margin reporting Work with operations leaders to understand production efficiency, material usage and overhead Analyze manufacturing performance and its impact on financial results Provide financial insight to support pricing, inventory and capital investment decisions ???? Help Drive the Business Forward Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and long-range financial planning Prepare management reports, dashboards and variance analyses Identify financial trends, risks and opportunities Provide leadership with clear, actionable financial information to support decision-making Contribute to business strategy, investment planning and performance improvement initiatives ?? Improve Processes & Controls Maintain strong internal controls and accounting procedures Support compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and applicable financial requirements Work within ERP and financial reporting systems to maintain accurate data Participate in system enhancements, automation and reporting improvement projects What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field 6+ years of accounting and finance experience 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred Experience with cost accounting, inventory and working capital management Strong knowledge ofU.S. GAAP
Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools Advanced Excel skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to communicate effectively and partner across departments Hands-on mindset with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement CPA, CMA or MBA is a plus Sound Like You?
