Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Reconcile assets, liabilities, expenses, and tax accounts Creating and adjusting journal entries Audit HUD reports and other accounting best practices Review tax returns Perform posting of cash receipts, expenses, or other transactions to the general ledger and verify accuracy Perform monthly projections of incoming cash flows Perform month end closing and reporting process for multiple locations Create financial statementsQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting 8 - 10 years recent accounting experience in a multi-site or property management environment. College transcripts Expert Excel, QuickBooks and other Microsoft Office skills Pride in attention to detail and error free work Professional written and verbal communication skills.
