Hart, MI Salary Range:

If there is alignment now or in the near future, we reach out. The Opportunity We are partnering with organizations in Hart that are seeking Cost Accountants. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. By connecting with The Pivot Group Network, you position yourself for roles that match your background and aspirations. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain standard product costs. Analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and profitability. Conduct inventory valuation and reconciliation. Prepare cost of goods sold (COGS) analysis and reporting. Support budgeting and forecasting processes with cost data. Identify cost reduction opportunities and efficiency improvements. Assist in the development of new product costing and pricing. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3+ years of cost accounting experience within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills. CPA or CMA certification preferred.
