Job Summary The Senior Accountant plays a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, disciplined internal controls, and timely close processes across a multi-entity, project-based construction organization. Operating within a private-equity environment, this role supports scalable financial infrastructure, contributes to integration eAorts during acquisitions, and provides high-quality financial insights to leadership. The Senior Accountant ensures compliance with GAAP, supports audit readiness, and strengthens the financial backbone required for continued growth and operational excellence. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5-7+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in construction, field services, or project-based industries Strong understanding of GAAP, job costing, and WIP accounting Experience with multi-entity environments, consolidations, and intercompany transactions Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Excel Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines in a private-equity reporting environment Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across operational and executive teams
