Staff Accountant

Robert Half is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our Full Time Engagement Professional (FTEP) team. This is a full-time, salaried role with comprehensive benefits, overtime eligibility, and bonus potential.

In this position, you'll work on medium- to long-term accounting engagements across a variety of industries and environments. You'll gain exposure to new systems and processes while making an immediate impact for our clients. Between assignments, you remain a paid Robert Half employee while continuing professional development.

What You'll Do:

Prepare journal entries and perform balance sheet reconciliationsAssist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closeAnalyze financial statements for management reportingMaintain fixed assets, depreciation, and capital leasesSupport SOX and GAAP complianceHandle intercompany transactions and ad hoc projects

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of accounting experienceStrong Excel skills and ERP experienceAbility to adapt in fast-paced, changing environmentsDesire to learn and grow across industries
