Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Prepare accurate and timely financial statements for assigned business unit(s) and assist in creating and monitoring budgets. Maintain and reconcile all balance sheet and critical general ledger accounts. Document existing accounting systems, programs, and procedures while actively participating in the development of new and improved accounting systems. Identify errors or irregularities and propose enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce expenses. Collaborate with external accounting firms for tax audits and tax return preparations when necessary. Assist in formulating and documenting business processes to ensure seamless coordination between accounting and operations.

Key Requirements and Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of their professional growth and success. Proficiency in PC or Mac platforms, with hands-on experience in MS Office, Google Suite, Quickbooks, and web-based software.
