Are you an experienced accounting professional looking to join a growing agriculture-focused business? Spronk Brothers is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to help manage financial operations, maintain accurate records, and provide valuable financial reporting to company managers and partners.
What You'll Do:
✅ Maintain and reconcile financial records and accounts✅ Prepare financial statements and reports✅ Perform monthly bank reconciliations✅ Manage general ledger accounts and cost tracking for farm projects✅ Assist with year-end close and tax preparation support✅ Collaborate on accounting projects and process improvements
What We're Looking For:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field✔ 2+ years of accounting experience (agriculture experience preferred)✔ Basic understanding of tax basis accounting✔ Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills✔ Ability to work effectively in a team environment
