This role is responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger maintenance, while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting. Key Responsibilities Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions in support of program and operational needs Process vendor payments and maintain positive relationships with external partners Administer payroll and maintain the time and attendance system, ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable labor regulations Maintain the general ledger and prepare journal entries to support accurate financial reporting Assist with preparation and review of tax filings and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile balance sheet accounts Support the month-end closing process and assist with financial reporting Develop, update, and maintain standard operating procedures as needed Perform other duties and special projects as assigned Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with accounting software preferred We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 40(k) with employer match, employer-paid life and disability coverage, generous paid time off, and paid holidays—supporting a healthy work-life balance.
