Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field 5-8 years of progressive accounting or finance experience Strong knowledge of financial statements Experience with month-end and quarter-end close processes Experience preparing journal entries and accruals Experience performing account reconciliations Experience with account mapping Knowledge of internal controls Experience using ERP systems SAP experience Experience working in a large, matrixed, cross-functional organization Experience supporting accounting and financial reporting activities Preferred Skills M&A experience Integration or carve-out experience Experience with contractual service arrangements Experience supporting major business transitions Experience interpreting contractual and financial terms for accounting purposes Experience supporting internal or external audits related to transaction activity Job Responsibilities Support accounting and financial reporting for M&A transactions, integrations, carve-outs, and related business transitions Interpret contractual and financial terms and translate requirements into accounting processes and schedules Prepare journal entries and accruals Perform account reconciliations and account mapping Support month-end and quarter-end close activities Coordinate billing activities Validate charges, allocations, and invoices Reconcile billing and financial discrepancies Develop and maintain internal controls Maintain financial documentation and audit trails Support financial reporting requirements associated with transaction activity Coordinate accounting activities across Controllership, FP&A, Global Finance, and business functions Support internal and external audit requests related to M&A activity
Pay:
