About the Role We're looking for an Accountant to join our Accounting team! This role is a mix of day-to-day accounting operations (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and credit card management) and core accounting responsibilities like month-end close and reconciliations. Key Responsibilities Accounts Receivable:
invoicing, payment application, aging reports, and collections follow-up
Accounts Payable:
process invoices, ensure coding/approvals, and prepare payments
Company Credit Cards:
issue cards, review expenses, ensure compliance, and perform reconciliations Support month-end close, including journal entries and account reconciliations Support process improvement or accounting automation Collaborate with teams across the business to resolve issues What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting 1-2 years of accounting experience with exposure to AR, AP, and reconciliations Understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP) Proficient in Excel and comfortable with accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, QuickBooks, or similar) Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines Good communication skills and problem-solving abilities Experience with sales tax is a plus Why Join Us You'll get to work on a variety of accounting tasks, build relationships across the company, and play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy.
