  • Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory trends, and operational performance
  • Investigate labor, material, purchase price, and overhead variances
  • Support standard costing and inventory valuation processes
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing KPI reporting and dashboards
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
  • Partner with Operations to identify cost savings and efficiency opportunities
  • Support ERP enhancements, reporting automation, and process improvements
  • Provide actionable financial insights that drive business results Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 3+ years of manufacturing finance, cost accounting, or operational finance experience
  • Knowledge of standard costing, inventory accounting, and variance analysis
  • Experience working within ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
