You'll play a key role in helping the business make smarter, faster decisions through financial analysis and process improvement. - Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory trends, and operational performance
- Investigate labor, material, purchase price, and overhead variances
- Support standard costing and inventory valuation processes
- Develop and maintain manufacturing KPI reporting and dashboards
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Partner with Operations to identify cost savings and efficiency opportunities
- Support ERP enhancements, reporting automation, and process improvements
- Provide actionable financial insights that drive business results Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of manufacturing finance, cost accounting, or operational finance experience
- Knowledge of standard costing, inventory accounting, and variance analysis
- Experience working within ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
