Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
In office position- Process vendor invoices vendor payments, including ACH, wire transfers, and checks.
- Prepare and issue customer invoices, process customer payments received via wire transfers, ACH, and checks.
- Monitor bank accounts for customer deposits and payment activity.
- Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts
- Prepare and post journal entries, including recurring entries.
- Prepare monthly financial statements
- Create and maintain intercompany loan amortization schedules.
- Maintain accounting records, reports, and supporting documentation.
