JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Physical Therapist, you will organize and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy programs to restore function and prevent disability following diseases, injuries, or loss of a body part. You will evaluate, plan, direct, and administer physical therapy treatments and modalities as prescribed by a licensed physician. Your role involves helping patients reach their maximum performance and functional levels while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities in our outpatient setting with occasional inpatient and/or LTC coverage as needed. Full time | 64 hours every two weeks Monday - Friday | 8:00am-5:00pmPAY & BENEFITS

Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy Physical Therapist (PT) Licensed by the MN Board of Physical Therapy as a physical therapist or current temporary permit required. License required within 90 days from date of exam Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card To be eligible for the hiring bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full-time or part-time benefited position. Previous CentraCare employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.Relocation assistance requirements:
