Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:

Audit daily revenue by verifying and posting transactions accurately and in a timely manner. Identify and resolve posting discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information. Prepare and post journal entries as required. Reconcile general ledger accounts as assigned. Review work prepared by other staff members as assigned. Protect company and guest confidentiality by handling all financial information with discretion and integrity. Proactively cross-train accounting team to build department resilience What you bring: Associate degree in Accounting plus at least 5 years of relevant experience could be accepted in lieu of a bachelor's degree Hospitality or resort accounting experience is highly preferred. Strong mathematical aptitude and ability to make accurate calculations; proficiency with 10-key and PC required. Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet applications, and email. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, accuracy is non-negotiable in this role. Proven ability to manage time well, meet deadlines, and work flexible hours as needed.
