Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and record journal entries to support daily and month-end accounting operations.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure financial data is complete and accurate.
- Assist with the preparation of corporate tax filings and related supporting schedules.
- Manage sales tax reporting activities and help ensure timely and accurate submissions.
- Review financial transactions for proper classification and compliance with accounting standards.
- Support account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to resolve issues efficiently.
- Compile documentation and reports needed for internal review and external tax requirements.
