Job Description
Responsibilities:
Review twice-monthly provider timesheets and expense reports against contracts and schedules; research discrepancies and make necessary corrections. Serve as a point of contact for provider questions regarding submissions and billing requirements. Prepare and distribute client invoices for provider time, expenses, and travel once approved. Reconcile provider travel expenses charged to the company credit card and ensure all billable expenses are accurately invoiced. Assist with other billing and accounting-related tasks as needed.Qualifications:
4+ years in accounting position that included billing and payroll responsibilities Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills. Comfortable reviewing contracts, schedules, and financial information and investigating discrepancies. Strong communication and organizational skills. Experience in billing, accounting, payroll required. Experience in healthcare staffing a plus. Degree preferred, but will consider Accountant with strong experience and some college. #INDD #ZRBenefits
