Quality Control Team Leader Schedule:

Friday:
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM The Role We are seeking an experienced Staff Accountant who will be responsible for preparing and maintaining financial records by performing tasks like creating accounting entries, reconciling bank statements, generating financial reports, assisting with accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring accuracy of financial data; their primary focus is on day-to-day accounting tasks to maintain the organizations financial health and compliance with accounting standards. What You Will Do Financial statement preparation: Reviews financial statements like balance sheets and income statements.
General ledger entries:
Posts accounting transactions to the general ledger to maintain accurate financial records.
Account reconciliation:
Matches bank statements with company records to ensure accuracy of account balances.
Accounts payable/receivable management:
Processes invoices, tracks payments due, and manages customer receivables.
Monthly/quarterly close process:
Assists with the closing of accounting periods by preparing necessary reports and reconciling accounts.
Data analysis:
Analyzes financial data to identify trends and potential issues.
Reporting:
Generates financial reports for management and stakeholders, including profit and loss statements and cash flow analysis.
Internal controls:
Maintains and adhering to established internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Tax preparation:
Assists with the preparation of tax returns.
Auditing support:
Provides necessary documentation and assistance to external auditors. What You Will Bring Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Excel, NetSuite). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize effectively. Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and client information. Adapt to change. Bachelor's degree in accounting, business accounting, or finance or related field. 2-4 years of accounting experience. Experience with US Sale Tax filing and VAT returns. Experience with accounts receivable and payable. Customer service experience.
Compensation / Pay
Rate (Up to): $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 Per Year
