Analyze manufacturing variances and purchase price variances (PPV).
Calculate overhead rates, labor efficiencies, and productivity metrics.
Support month-end close activities and financial reporting.
Monitor and report cost-reduction initiatives.
Provide financial insights to support operational decision-making.
?? Inventory & Manufacturing Controls Review and maintain accurate material and labor standards.
Lead cost roll processes and cost development activities in SAP.
Monitor inventory obsolescence and related reserves.
Support cycle count programs and inventory accuracy initiatives.
Manage inventory-related accruals, revaluations, and shrinkage reporting.
?? Strategic & Capital Analysis Evaluate capital investment requests and business cases.
Support make-versus-buy decisions through financial analysis.
Conduct periodic capital expenditure reviews and audits.
?? Internal Controls & Process Improvement Help maintain strong internal controls and safeguard company assets.
Drive process improvements and system enhancements.
Collaborate across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Leadership teams.
What Makes You a Great Fit? Required Qualifications ? Associate's Degree in Accounting or related field
? 2+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
? Experience working with ERP systems
? Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Preferred Qualifications ? Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
? SAP experience
? Strong manufacturing cost accounting background Skills That Will Help You Succeed Financial and operational analysis
