Review balance sheet and income statement activity, investigate variances, and communicate key financial insights to support decision-making. Coordinate external audit activities by providing timely documentation, collaborating with auditors, and maintaining a strong internal control environment. Partner with business leaders on financial reporting, operational initiatives, system implementations, and strategic projects, including acquisitions and process enhancements. Drive accounting process improvements through automation and control enhancements while mentoring junior team members and promoting cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements:
