Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Part-Time In-House Accountant to oversee day-to-day accounting functions and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and accounts payable. Responsibilities Reconcile bank and credit card statements. Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks. Enter invoices, expenses, and other financial information accurately. Process and pay vendor bills on time. Prepare monthly balance sheets and financial statements. Manage accounts payable and assist with accounts receivable. Review transactions and ensure accounting accuracy. Support budgeting, cash flow tracking, and financial reporting. Maintain organized records and documentation. Assist with year-end accounting and audit preparation. Qualifications Proficiency in QuickBooks required. Strong knowledge of bank reconciliations and financial statements. Experience with accounts payable and bill payment processing. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
