The Junior Accountant provides support to the accounting team by performing routine accounting and clerical tasks. This role is responsible for inventory-related accounting, bank reconciliations, and assisting with accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow within the accounting profession. What You'll Do In this role, you will support day-to-day accounting operations and contribute to the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Key responsibilities include:

Assisting with inventory reconciliations and investigating variances Preparing bank reconciliations and supporting cash accounting processes Supporting accounts receivable and accounts payable activities Assisting with journal entries and month-end close tasks Maintaining accurate and organized financial records Collaborating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes Supporting audit requests and financial reporting needs What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is analytical, organized, and eager to learn. Qualifications:
