Key Responsibilities Reviewplex individual, corporate, partnership, trust, and estate tax returns Lead tax planning and advisory engagements Manage multiple client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact Conduct tax research and provide strategic rmendations Identify tax-saving opportunities for clients Oversee engagement deadlines, workflow, and profitability Qualifications 7-10 years of public tax accounting experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting required CPA strongly preferred Experience reviewing tax returns, not just preparation Strong expertise in business and individual taxation and tax planning Proven client advisory and consultative skills Leadership experience with staff mentoring and development Strong project management and relationship-building abilities Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)) Paid time off and holidays Career growth and advancement opportunities Why Work with Adecco? Pay Details:
$45.00 to $50.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program,muter benefits and a 401K plan.
