Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
The Finance Intern will have several opportunities for growth, including: Learning to interpret multi-layer client contracts in support of client portfolio along with analyzing and reporting results. Create and audit monthly transaction histories based on period performance and individual client contracts. Assist with monthly closing activities to ensure timely reporting to Executive Management. Contribute to company financial planning, preparation and analysis of revenue and expense budgets, financial models and forecasts. Support preparation of consolidated financial statements, as well as management and departmental reports. Participate with Senior and Executive Management on Special Projects to critically assess operational and financial data for changes in workflow. Provide thoughtful and progressive collaboration to bring fresh views for Finance team growth.

To perform this job successfully the candidate must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required: Highly computer literate - Microsoft Suite with Advanced Excel is required, Microsoft Dynamics ERP, Power BI, Tableau, SQL experience highly desirable. Ability to work in fast-paced environment with less structure than larger organizations requiring a highly entrepreneurial mindset and excellent time management skills. Planning and organization skills with ability to prioritize workloads. Strategic thinker, decision maker and risk taker who is passionate about their work; smart / resourceful / innovative and an absolute team player. Supply chain, warehouse distribution and/or logistics knowledge very desirable.
