Our client is seeking a highly motivated Senior Accountant to join its growing Life Sciences organization. This individual will play a key role in the monthly close process, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and supporting a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. The ideal candidate will be a CPA with 3-5 years of public accounting and/or industry experience and a strong foundation in

U.S. GAAP.

Key Responsibilities Assist with month-end and year-end close activities Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations Analyze financial results and investigate variances Support preparation of financial statements and management reporting Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal controls Assist with external audits and regulatory reporting requirements Support process improvement initiatives and accounting automation projects Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, FP&A, Operations, and R&D Qualifications CPA required Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 3-5 years of accounting experience , preferably within public accounting (Big 4 or regional firm) and/or Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Healthcare industries Strong understanding of

U.S. GAAP
