Salary/Hourly Rate $22/hr - $25/hr Position Overview The Junior Accountant will support day-to-day accounting operations and assist the Controller with core accounting functions. This role is open due to a resignation, and the team is looking to move quickly. Responsibilities Of The Junior Accountant Support general accounting processes and day-to-day transactions. Assist with Accounts Payable activities. Help maintain accurate financial records and documentation. Work within Blackbaud. Partner with the Controller and finance leadership as assigned. Required Experience/Skills For The Junior Accountant Understanding of basic accounting principles. Accounts Payable experience. Comfortable working in a flexible, fast-moving environment. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Preferred Experience/Skills For The Junior Accountant Nonprofit accounting experience. Prior experience using Blackbaud. Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred. Associate's degree or Business degree will be considered.
