Sr. Accountant
Job Description

Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO Key Responsibilities- Perform monthly account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Manage general ledger activity and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
- Prepare and post journal entries.
- Lead and support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
- Analyze financial statements, account balances, and operating results.
- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
- Assist with inventory accounting and manufacturing cost tracking.
- Support annual audits and coordinate with external CPA firms.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
- Identify process improvements and accounting efficiencies.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as needed.
- Maintain and improve reporting within the company's ERP system.
- Participate in ERP implementations, upgrades, testing, data migration, and system optimization projects. Requirements Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of: o General Ledger o Account Reconciliations o Month-End Close o Financial Statement Preparation o Fixed Assets o Inventory Accounting o Cost Accounting Principles o Internal Controls
- Experience with ERP systems such as Epicor, NetSuite, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Infor, Sage, or similar.
- ERP implementation or conversion experience highly preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a hands-on environment.
