In this role you will be responsible for AP, AR, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and more. Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable transactions including invoice entry, matching and coding invoices, and invoice processing. Prepare and process payments while meeting established deadlines. Process accounts receivable transactions, including generating and distributing invoices. Conduct bank reconciliations to verify account balances and resolve discrepancies. Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger with a strong focus on completeness and precision. Support month-end and year-end close activities by preparing reports and verifying account balances. 3+ years of accounting experience in a staff accountant or similar role. Hands-on experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities. Strong working knowledge of journal entries, bank reconciliations, and payment processing. Familiarity with wire transfers and cash management procedures. Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across departments.
