full-time Senior Accountant | Real Estate Investment Platform ???? New York City, NY (4 days in office, flexible as needed) ???? $100K-$120K Base + 15-20% Bonus Join a leading REIT financing across multiple asset classes. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment with significant exposure to loan, debt, and joint venture accounting. Key Responsibilities Manage accounts payable, cash positions, and partner distributions Maintain accounting ledgers, loan schedules, and bank reconciliations Support investor reporting and distribution calculations Prepare monthly, quarterly, and JV financial reporting packages Assist with audits, compliance reporting, and lender reporting requirements Work closely with investment, asset management, tax, and external audit teams Ideal Background 2-5 years of accounting experience, preferably within a REIT, real estate investment firm, fund, or related platform Combination of public and private accounting experience strongly preferred CPA preferred Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting Experience with Yardi and/or MRI highly preferred Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail Proactive, self-starter mindset with excellent communication skills This role offers direct exposure to executive leadership, strong deal flow, and meaningful growth opportunities within a highly successful real estate finance organization. 50132
