Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintain financial records and process routine accounting transactions with a high degree of accuracy.
- Reconcile accounts regularly to verify balances, identify discrepancies, and support clean month-end reporting.
- Prepare journal entries and assist with the timely completion of closing activities.
- Organize, review, and update accounting documentation to ensure records remain complete and audit-ready.
- Use Microsoft Excel to track financial data, build supporting schedules, and analyze variances.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to gather information, resolve accounting questions, and support daily finance operations.
