Staff Accountant

Seeking a detail-oriented General Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end close activities. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and post journal entries and maintain the general ledger Assist with month-end and year-end close, including account reconciliations and variance analysis Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes as needed Reconcile bank accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data Support budget tracking and financial reporting Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules Assist with audits by providing documentation and responding to inquiries Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting procedures Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial reporting

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 2-5+ years of general accounting experience Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles Experience with account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting Proficiency in Excel and accounting software

Preferred Qualifications:
