Job Title:

Automotive Dismantling Technician Applicants must provide their own tools to perform the job effectively.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Car Dismantling Technician to join our team. As a Car Dismantling Technician, you will play a crucial role in our operations by safely and efficiently dismantling vehicles and salvaging usable parts. This position requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and environmental standards.

Responsibilities:

• Safely dismantle vehicles using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
• Identify and remove salvageable parts such as engines, transmissions, doors, and interior components.
• Inspect parts for quality and usability, adhering to established standards.
• Clean, label, and organize salvaged parts for inventory and resale.
• Properly dispose of hazardous materials according to environmental regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive repair, dismantling, or related field preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with automotive systems and components.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and effectively.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify and differentiate various automotive parts.
• Commitment to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Salary:

$14-$19 an hour plus Paid on Performance (POP). The sky's the limit for income potential!
