Looking for something more stable than the usual chaotic, seasonal tax rush? This isn't just a seasonal gig our client needs a professional who is in it with them throughout the year, handling a diverse mix of returns.
location:
Las Vegas, Nevada job type: Permanent salary: $50,000 - 90,000 per year work hours: 9 to 5 education: No Degree Required experience: 2 Years responsibilities: Accurately compile and file Individual, S-Corp and Partnership returns. Review, categorize, and organize client financial documentation with strict attention to accuracy.

Proactively identify eligible credits, deductions, and strategic tax-saving strategies to maximize client outcomes.

Maintain professional, welcoming, and prompt communication with clients to clarify financial records and retrieve missing documentation.

Verify that all prepared returns strictly adhere to evolving federal and state tax regulations.

Maintain meticulously organized and error-free client files to ensure complete audit compliance.
qualifications:
2+ years of tax preparation experience in public accounting, CPA firm, or a related environment is required.

Working knowledge of federal and state tax codes and regulations is required.

Experience with tax forms such as 1040, 1120, 1120S, and 1065.Comfortable meeting with clients in person, by phone, and via video conference.

Ability to work independently, collaboratively within a team and manage multiple priorities during busy seasons.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
