Sr. Accountant

Thermal Technology is a custom manufacturing environment; every project is engineer-to-order. We have an impressive 80-year history in the marketplace, and have done so by making advancements through technological and material innovations, but also by serving a diversity of industries such as medical, dental, lighting, aerospace, and R&D. Due to sustained business growth, we have need for an additional member in our Accounting team.

Position Responsibilities and Requirements:

Manage the company's financial accounts, payrolls, cash receipts, and financial assets. Coordinate and perform accounting functions to maintain the general ledger in compliance with U.S. GAAP and company policy and procedures. Ensure accurate and timely sales invoices, purchase orders, and other AP/AR transaction process. Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger journal entries. Perform month

• and year-end close processes, and prepare financial statement analysis and reports.

Work closely with external auditors on the audit process by completing requested schedules. Resolve account discrepancies and issues of non-compliance.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance CPA is required Must be authorized to work in the US 5+ years of accounting experience with understanding of US GAAP Experience in a Manufacturing environment Experience with MRP/ERP systems, prefer SAGE100 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
