About the
Opportunity:
This position is responsible for managing the full accounts payable process, including processing vendor invoices, reconciling vendor and credit card statements, and coordinating weekly payments by check, ACH, and wire. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of general ledger accounts and how accounts payable transactions flow through the accounting system.

What You'll Do:
Process and enter vendor invoices into the accounting system, ensuring accuracy and proper account coding.
Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, approvals, payment scheduling, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Reconcile vendor accounts and statements, research discrepancies, and resolve outstanding issues.
Review and reconcile company credit card transactions and statements, ensuring expenses are accurately recorded and properly supported.
Prepare and process weekly payment runs, including checks, ACH payments, and wire transfers.
Maintain accurate General Ledger coding and understand how accounts payable transactions impact GL accounts.
Research and resolve discrepancies related to invoices, payments, vendor accounts, and General Ledger activity.
Assist with month-end close activities and other general accounting duties as needed.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
2+ years of experience in full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice processing, coding, and approvals.
Strong reconciliation skills, including vendor statements and corporate credit card accounts.
Experience processing weekly payment runs using checks, ACH, and wire transfers.
Solid understanding of General Ledger accounts and how transactions are recorded and posted.
Experience with bank reconciliations; General Ledger reconciliation experience is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
