We're looking for an experienced Senior Accountant / Accounting Supervisor to lead our accounting team, improve processes, and support the continued growth of our business. If you're a hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, streamlining operations, and making an impact, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Lead the daily operations of the Accounting Department, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Billing. Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting team. Prepare and review account reconciliations and General Ledger activity. Assist the Controller with month-end and year-end close activities. Support external audits and maintain strong internal controls. Develop and improve accounting processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures. Identify opportunities to increase efficiency through automation and process improvements. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. 7+ years of progressive accounting experience. Previous accounting leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Manufacturing or distribution accounting experience strongly preferred. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis. Experience working with ERP systems (Sage experience is a plus).
