In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the organization's financial health. Your expertise in various accounting systems and software will help streamline processes, enhance data accuracy, and provide valuable insights into financial performance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where precision, integrity, and proactive problem-solving are highly valued. Job Responsibilities： 1. Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including bill entry, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, purchase price and unusual expense reviews, product cost accounting, inventory and physical count verification, and vendor account reconciliations. 2. Periodically work on-site with business operations to gain a clear understanding of purchasing, receiving, inventory, returns, and physical inventory processes; identify and follow up on financial discrepancies or irregularities in a timely manner. 3. Perform accounting functions using QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online, and support future improvements to the company's accounting systems and financial processes. 4. Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned by the Finance Manager. Qualifications： 1. Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online. 2. Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with strong data organization and analytical skills. 3. Strong attention to detail and numbers, with a high level of responsibility and awareness of financial controls and data security. 4. Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with various business departments. Must be comfortable working on-site within operational departments as needed. 5. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred, with at least 2 years of accounting experience. 6. Experience in the restaurant or food wholesale/distribution industry is preferred. 7. Basic English proficiency required.
