Senior Fixed Assets Accountant:
Maintain and reconcile fixed asset records for rental fleet, vehicles, equipment, and other capital assets. Review asset additions, transfers, disposals, depreciation, and general ledger activity. Clean up historical asset data and prepare records for implementation of a new fixed asset module. Partner with fleet, operations, and accounting teams to improve asset tracking and resolve discrepancies. Support month-end close, fixed asset reporting, audit requests, and process improvements. Senior Fixed Assets Accountant:
5+ years of accounting experience with strong fixed asset, fleet, or asset-intensive accounting exposure. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience with ERP and fixed asset or fleet management systems; Sage Intacct experience preferred. Strong Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and analysis of large data sets.
