Target Compensation:
Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accounting Manager -
Consolidations:
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual global consolidation activities, including intercompany eliminations and close management. Oversee foreign currency translation and remeasurement processes for international subsidiaries. Support SEC filings, financial statement disclosures, and statutory reporting requirements. Maintain and strengthen SOX compliance and internal controls over financial reporting. Partner with global finance teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting. Qualifications for the Senior Accounting Manager -
Consolidations:
10+ years of accounting or finance experience. 5+ years of consolidation experience within a complex, multi-entity environment. Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and consolidated financial reporting. Experience with financial reporting systems such as Hyperion, HFM, Workiva, or similar platforms. #
